Warranty

Eat My Tackle Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. Noticeable signs of abuse or neglect to the product shall render this warranty null and void. Guide rings are not included in this warranty. This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser.  If your Eat My Tackle product has a defect within the terms of the warranty you should return it to us at 217 Main St. Destin, FL 32541. All shipping, insurance costs, and transportation arrangements will be borne by you and are your responsibility. We will repair or replace the product, at our option, without further cost to you, (including free return transportation and insurance). If, however, the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, your Eat My Tackle product will be returned to you with an explanation as to why a repair is not possible.
